Outside of the town centres, real time information will be available by SMS text on your mobiles.To access via SMS*, you will need your unique bus stop code (this is an 8 letter code beginning 'buc'). This can be found on the bus stop flag or on the timetable at your stop
Send this code to 84268, you will then get a message back with the next 4 departures. This service is already available but is now showing real time predictions where they are available. You will see Real time prediction in minutes (4 mins) and timetable time where there is not a prediction (12:15)
*Texts cost 25p plus normal text message charge
Quick Steps;
• Text the 8 letter bus stop code to 84268 (*standard mobile rates apply plus 25p)
• Should you require timetable information for a specific service, simply add the service number to the end of the bus stop code, for example bucdmdpd 31
• Bus timetable information for the next 4 departures from that stop will be sent to you within a few seconds
